Justin takes a hands-on approach to ownership and likes to be involved in every construction project. His vision leads DD Construction to be a top metal building supply and metal building erection company.

Justin’s integrity, honesty, and core focus on safety guide DD Construction to be the best erector in the Western United States.

Justin is a Board Member of the Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association and is an active member of the IAS Accreditation Committee that oversees the AC478 program, among others.

Matt Gregg is a seasoned construction professional with a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) from South Dakota State University and a Master’s in Project Management from Colorado Technical University (CTU). Throughout his career, he has contributed to the successful completion of several high-profile stadium projects, including Yankee Stadium, Fiserv Forum, and Climate Pledge Arena.

For the past five years, Matt has focused primarily on pre-engineered structures, bringing specialized expertise to this construction area. His experience spans multiple sectors, and he has worked on various large-scale multi-family and industrial projects, gaining comprehensive knowledge in all aspects of construction. Having held various roles throughout his career—from hands-on work in the field to leading project management efforts—Matt possesses a well-rounded skill set that enables him to effectively manage complex projects and deliver high-quality results across a wide range of construction disciplines.

With a Bachelor’s degree in architecture and design and a Master’s degree in Business Administration in Operations Management, Chuck has a vast well of construction project knowledge and technical expertise.

Chuck started with two years of architectural services and advanced rapidly. Recently an area manager for Butler Manufacturing™, he has received his National Standard General Building Certificate A from the International Code Council (ICC) and is a member of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA).
