This client manufactures specialized electrical systems and modular data centers, so the project required a large, open bay facility. 

Combining a PEMB clear span frame with tilt-up concrete wall facade, we maximized efficiency with energy saver insulation, a standing seam roof, a large RTU HVAC system, and internal gutters.
